This launch privacy notice explains how the Glossy Gurus SSI website and custom portal handle consultation, account, operational, and media information.
Information you choose to provide
We collect the contact, asset, service, outcome, location, access, timing, and photograph details you submit, along with the account and service records created to respond and perform authorized work.
How the information is used
Information is used to review requests, communicate, prepare exact-version proposals, schedule resources, perform and document work, maintain private service and protection records, administer accounts, prevent abuse, and meet operational or legal obligations.
Private media
Uploaded photographs are private by default. Customer ownership or assigned-work access is enforced before retrieval. Marketing use requires recorded consent and a separate administrator publication action.
Accounts and security
Glossy Gurus SSI uses its own email-and-password accounts, salted password derivation strengthened by a private server secret, server-side revocable sessions, secure HttpOnly cookies, origin checks, throttling, and audit records. ChatGPT login is not used.
Service providers
Payment, external email, text messaging, and calendar connections remain disabled until each provider is configured and verified. When enabled, only the information required for that service will be shared under the applicable provider terms.
Retention and requests
Operational and financial records may be retained for legitimate business and legal needs. Account holders can request review or correction through their private portal. Business contact details and policy updates will be added here as the service operation expands.
